Freezing speed has increased! A case where the thawing time, which used to take a whole day with natural thawing, has been shortened to about 3 hours.

A company that manufactures Japanese side dishes and frozen osechi for hotels and inns faced challenges due to the aging of their freezer, which resulted in poor cooling and longer freezing times. In response to the customer's request to "keep the main unit as is," we replaced it with a larger-capacity outdoor unit and indoor unit, and installed a differential pressure booth. The freezing time was reduced to half of what it was before, and costs were kept down by 30% to 40% compared to installing new equipment. Additionally, the thawing time, which previously took a full day with natural thawing, was shortened to about 3 hours.
